U-Haul Storage Facility

About the Project

U-Haul of Gainesville expanded their facility with a new ground up, 2 story, 58,936 square foot self-storage building. This new addition added 587 units to their existing space allowing them to serve more than triple their current capacity. The building is a pre-engineered steel with concrete tilt walls. The interior features 587 self-storage units all climate controlled. To accommodate the customer with loading and unloading storage items, there is a key card entry, an elevator to access the second floor and a loading dock on the East side of the building.
