Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters

Lutz, FL

This project was a design/build of a 100,769 square foot building sitting on 10 acres. The building was constructed to serve as the state headquarters facility for The Salvation Army. The building is a three story tilt wall office building with only two stories finished out. The Salvation Army enlisted a different decorator for the project; all finishes were upgraded and the third floor build out was added to our contract.

“As was anticipated, Doug and his team have provided invaluable architectural and construction services. They have addressed program demands, acted efficiently to design changes and provided well-crafted professional and construction management services.” – Captain John P. Murphy, Divisional Youth Secretary Florida Division
