This project features a 15,000 sf shell retail center with CMU stucco walls, brick masonry with custom aluminum trellis and awnings. The scope of work included demo, underground utilities, asphalt paving/curbing, landscaping, masonry, concrete, architectural precast, structural steel, aluminum finishes, rough carpentry, standing seam metal roofing, doors and hardware, storefront, drywall, metal studs, pain, stucco and EIFS, awnings, fire protection, plumbing and electrical.
