About the Project

This project was the construction of a new operating room in the fully occupied surgical unit at North Florida Regional
Medical Center. Meticulous planning and safety measures were imperative for successfully completing this renovation
while making certain disruption to the surrounding surgical rooms was minimized. Work consisted of new metal framing
and drywall, electrical and mechanical work, new finishes, equipment installation, and terminal cleaning, all done within the
space of a month and amid pandemic protocols.
