Scherer Construction couldn’t be prouder of the new IHOP Restaurant recently completed this month. Located off of Bloomingdale Avenue in Brandon, Florida, the 3,863 sq. ft. free standing building was completed in five months and within the allotted construction budget. The restaurant opened for business Monday August 21, 2017. Scherer has also completed additional restaurants for IHOP in Tampa, Carrollwood and Orlando, Florida.
