About the Project

This negotiated, cost-plus contract involved the complete build out of a new 6,600sf sports bar/restaurant. Work included all under slab rough-ins and new concrete slab, interior walls and custom wood finishes, a complete kitchen, including large walk-in coolers and freezers, a state-of-the-art data, communication and TV system, an 800 SF fabric covered exterior canopy, and all plumbing, HVAC fire sprinkler and electric systems. Scherer coordinated all landlord and tenant related subcontractors and completed this project under budget and within 100 days.
