Established in the western United States, this popular Baha Mexican style restaurant is making its eastern debut in Gainesville, FL. This 3,250 square foot interior build out for the new Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill restaurant was completed in the new Archer Centro West retail strip center located on Archer Road. Complete with a small office, full commercial kitchen, a walk in cooler, service line and food prep area, the space also holds a 30 table dining room. The décor and color scheme create a relaxed beachy feel complete with wood slated waves hanging from ceiling and a logo bubble wall that changes colors and gives the sense of waves crashing. Outdoor seating is also provided under the strip center canopy.
