This project consisted of Phase 1 of the overall development for their Keystone Heights facility location. During this phase, we constructed 2 of the 5 purposed buildings, a new chiller yard and extensive site improvements. The first building is a 3,500 square foot hardened masonry structure that serves as a data center. The second is a 13,000 square foot building which serves as the printing and call center. All of the site improvements were self-performed by our concrete and site work divisions which included the concrete for all of the buildings, the installation of the underground utilities, storm water retention system, a new water main, a lift station, paving, and a new turning lane on SR 100.
