About the Project

This project consisted of the renovation of an existing 3502 sqft facility and a 435 sqft addition. The scope of work was
to renovate existing classroom building with (4) small classrooms and construction new addition to provide (4) medium
classrooms and (4) individual toilet rooms. The existing building was a originally constructed as a residence that was
converted to classrooms. The flow of the space was inadequate for ADA accessibility and had numerous security concerns.
The renovation allowed complete removal of interior walls and a new layout that improved space use, ADA access, egress,
and security.
