Our team was the low bidder on a hard bid project for the Clay Electric New Headquarters buildings. This project is Phase 1 of the overall development for their Keystone Heights facility location. During this phase, we will be constructing 2 of the 5 purposed buildings, a new chiller yard and extensive site improvements. The first building will be a 3,500 square foot hardened masonry structure that will serve as a data center.
The second one will be a 13,000 square foot building which will serve as the printing and call center. All of the site improvements will be self-performed by our concrete and site work divisions which include the concrete for all of the buildings, the installation of the underground utilities, storm water retention system, a new water main, a lift station, paving, and adding a new turning lane on SR 100. The project is set to start in January and will complete by fall 2015.
