About the Project

A 16,108 sf multi-purpose pre-engineered steel building consisted of roughly 4,000 SF of build out interior office space on 2 levels including 2nd story executive office and storage. The remainder of the building was designed to accommodate service and repair of intermodal container systems, including refrigerated containers. The site features extensive paving and lay down space for staging of shipping containers.
