Savion Parking Lot Improvements

About the Project

A new parking lot was added for the Savion Park Luxury Apartment complex located in Gainesville, Florida. The scope of the work included site clearing and preparation, installing an underground retention system, adding an on-street parking section, and constructing the pervious concrete parking lot adjacent to the building. Curbing, sidewalks, and landscaping were also included to complete the project. The team was able to provide cost saving solutions by using another type of underground retention manufacturer and system type. A key factor in this project was making sure the project was completed prior to students/residents returning in the fall.
