About the Project

There were two Dunkin Donuts projects were completed in Gainesville, FL  and the first one consisted of the construction of a new free standing 2,767 square foot building complete with a drive-thru. The second involved the demolition of an existing gas station/convenience store followed by the construction of a new 3,279 square foot building with a drive-thru and a new BP Gas Station/Convenience store.The site work was self-performed and included all underground utilities, retention basins, parking lots, irrigation and landscapes.
