Consumers in Tampa have a new reason to enjoy shopping at Village Center off of North Dale Mabry. Scherer Construction of West Florida recently completed the 25,000 sf courtyard upgrades to Regency Centers’ commercial property. The half-of-a-million dollar project took approximately five months to complete, with new improvements such as banded decorative concrete, ornamental railing, outdoor seating and benches, sail-type awnings, landscaping, attractive LED lighting and outdoor background music.
