Gator’s Dockside REstaurant

About the Project

This project is our second project for this owner which consisted of a complete remodel of an existing 4,300 square foot, full service restaurant with the addition of a partially enclosed 1,500 square foot patio structure. The dining room, bar, and restrooms were completely gutted and remodeled, and the kitchen reconfigured. In addition, a fire sprinklered, pre-engineered, metal, patio structure with a standing seam roof, masonry knee walls, a colored concrete slab and a partial heating system was added.
