Davis Express Fleet Maintenance Facility

About the Project

This existing FedEx trucking facility was renovated for Davis Trucking. Renovations included new finishes in the existing office; addition of a driver’s lounge and shower facility; addition of a small parts room and service department offices; addition of a new 17,693 shop building attached to the existing facility. The new building features pre-engineered steel structure with masonry walls to 8’ and eight service bays. Unique features include: polished concrete floor finish in shop and parts area; gas heaters in the shop that are fueled using waste oil; a truck wash bay that will accommodate a semi-truck and trailer. Site work included renovation of the existing retention basin and re-sealing/marking the entire asphalt parking areas on the 18 acre site.
