This project was a 100’x120’x16’ clear height pre-engineered bulk storage hangar, concrete slab, site work and infrastructure improvements. The hangar is for bulk storage of aircraft and has manually operated rolling doors on an embedded rail system, a single phase electrical service, emergency lighting, interior/exterior lighting, static grounds, and general purpose receptacles. Plumbing consists of a new bathroom, mop sink, floor drains, hose bibs, lift station, and oil water separator. Site work consists of clearing, grading, asphalt parking apron, pavement markings, tie downs, retention pond construction, domestic water, sanitary sewer, lift station, underground electrical, fire hydrant, and repair of existing hangar doors.
