SANTA FE COLLEGE BUILDING R - OUTDOOR DINING AREA
PROJECT LOCATION:  Santa Fe Campus, Gainesville, FL
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The addition of a new outdoor dining area at the south side of Building R at the main campus of Santa Fe College. Demolition of a portion of a formed and poured concrete retaining wall. New construction of CMU reatining walls with cement stucco veneer, slab on grade with textured broom finish, pressure treated wood benches on painted metal stud framing, exterior lighting in CMU bollards, hose bibs, and extruded aluminum canopy. Civil work consists of catch basins and storm water piping, and replacement of sod at disturbed areas of the project.
